July 26, 2014: Today was Training Day!
We met at the MOST Ministries Office in Ann Arbor to do some team building and learn about the Eye Glass Clinic. Our leader, Debby was very helpful. Greg, her husband, also helped us learn what we needed for the Clinic.
Our first task was some team-building exercises. Spaghetti Tower building! We split into three teams to try to build a tower. One person was chosen to be blind folded - the rest of the team was to instruct how to build a tower out of the pasta and marshmallows. What we learned: patience, kindness, leadership, listening...
